The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Her Story were the big winners at the Game Developers Choice Awards which were held yesterday.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt took home the Game of the Year award, finishing above other nominees Fallout 4, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Bloodborne and Rocket League.
CD Projekt Red’s action adventure The Witcher 3 was for game of the year proclaimed and also won the award for best technology. Her Story of Sam Barlow indie game that consists entirely of FMV movies, won the awards for innovation, best story and best mobile game.
Xbox One and PC platformer Ori and the Blind Forest was named best debut and best visual art. Crypt of the Necro Dancer won the award for best audio in a game, Rocket League won the award for best design and Life is Strange won the audience award.
