Ubisoft’s pirate adventure has been delayed once again. The game is now set to release on March 9, 2023 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC.
Skull and Bones can’t seem to catch a break. This open-world pirate adventure from Ubisoft has been in development hell for many, many years and just when we thought it was finally ready to launch, the publisher have once again decided to push the release date by several months.
Now, Skull and Bones is scheduled to arrive on March 9, 2023. It’s still coming to PC , PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S . The press release states that the development is finished at this stage and that the extra time will be used to further polish and balance the game.
It’s not all bad news, though. The open beta is coming in the near future, but that’s about it.
Ubisoft say they will share more details about the beta soon.
